ABOUT THE PROJECT

Every company starts with paperwork nobody sees. For World Entrepreneurs Day, Sahal Law Firm wanted that hidden step on screen. Our idea runs time backwards, like Tenet: a young company takes itself apart around its founder until she reaches the day she signed with Sahal, and the document stops time. There was no shoot. Every frame of the 1:26 film was generated.

A building that runs backwards

She walks in. The office comes apart around her, down to bare concrete. She looks at us, walks into Sahal, and signs.

Her company, Sahal's moment

Her business stays unnamed, so any founder can see their own office. Sahal only appears where it entered her story, in its real Riyadh rooms.

330 images, 1 in 10 kept

Every scene started as a still, with one face for the founder throughout. An early glossy lobby lost to Sahal's real reception.

The approved key frames

About 1 in 10 images made it. These are the keepers, scene by scene, with one locked face for the founder in every frame.

The still starts to move

An approved key frame wipes into its Seedance shot, so you see what the image fixed and what the motion added.

The law of the film

Video models break reversed time. So every prompt carried one rule: nothing moves on its own, and one person is exempt.

15 minutes for 86 seconds

33 Seedance generations, most 30 seconds long, about 15 minutes of footage. The best takes went in almost untouched; only the brand marks and grade are new.

A raw generation

A raw take straight out of Seedance 2.5, before the edit, the brand marks and the grade.

Down, then up

The film falls from a full office to a bare shell, where she turns to us. Then one climb, through Sahal, to the signature.

Down to the exact green

The brand panel was matched to Sahal's green, #00A884, and drifting costumes were fixed shot by shot.

The office comes apart

Workers carry everything out while she walks forward at normal speed, the one person time doesn't touch.

A voice that knows when to stop

6 lines in 86 seconds. The 26 seconds in the middle belong to music and sound.

Three tracks, one mix

Voice, music and effects were built as separate tracks. Here is the first line on its own, then the same 8 seconds in the final mix.

No camera, no set, no cast

1:26, 12 scenes and one founder who never stops walking forward, built in 4 days.
